Re: Pugwash

Latest album "The Olympus Sound" carries on a rapidly growing list of pop masterpieces by these guys.

Thomas is well known for his vintage 1997 but what is he playing here?

Re: No Ric folks in New England?

Emily we have a presence in western MA. Lots of Rick 12's and basses out this way. Like John said, if you hold it, the Ricks will come.

Watched it last night as well. I hadn't heard about it and just saw it in the TV listings. An absolute must see!

Re: 12 string playability.

This thread finally got me to strip down my 360/12WB and put the set of TI flats I got from POTR last spring. Still in the final setup which is taking a little longer since I'm also putting in toasters and a trapeze. I've only played in unplugged so far but I love the feel of the strings and acousti...

+1 here. I almost organized one a few years back but life got in the way. We have a few RRF members out here in western MA.

Re: THE CURMUDGE IS A GRANDPA!

Congratulations, Paul! I celebrated my 52nd birthday on the 27th as did my nephew Jake (his 4th) over in England. I know a few that share the date and they're a good lot. I'm sure you'll have his pate polished up with Zymol in no time but no stealing his diapers to send off with your next outgoing R...

Re: Guitar Geek Festival

My friend Jukebox John Hayman was there, too and was buried way in the back. He's the one who told me there was only one Rick on the entire stage so when I saw the video I knew immediately it was Kenny. I can't imagine that many 12's getting together and there being only one Rick?!
