Why take the chance and re-create someone else's unique piece? Why not take out your jigsaw and simply cut your own unique shap...

Re: RELICS--AGAIN
I'm not going to get heavy into defending him. But Kelton told me over the phone that the first correspondence from Fender was the correspondence regarding the lawsuit. As for the labels, all I can say is that the guitars I have seen do not have anything that says Fender on them. I just think its di...

There are a lot of haters out there. Some of these forums are just ridiculous. People are just nasty.

Re: Vinyl MMT Paint Job?
Wow! I don't know if it impolite to ask but what does a paint job like that cost!!! Granted mine's not fancy or well-thought-out, just paint splattered on a Ric 4001S-LH, but I don't recall my MMT paintjob costing anything. I already had the paint. Ronn makes a case for free. Mine cost a little mor...

Re: Vinyl MMT Paint Job?
Save for a C64 and have Paul customize it. That will most definitely save the finish on you 84 V63. The C 64's are popping up quite a bit.

Re: New Vid - McCartney Rick Sighting
From the photographic evidence, I'd imagine it's possible that his bare wood Rickenbacker got pretty sweat-logged after the '72 and '75-'76 tours, not to mention recording on a boat with it in '77. I wonder if it's coincidence that he adopted the Yahama shortly thereafter...[/quote] I agree, but tha...

I reckon it's a real shame that he sanded the Sgt. Pepper era psychedelic paint job off it!
That was a classic look.
