Well this is interesting...

Looks like the fuse cap was changed and a tube was changed but I am certain it is the same amp....

Just picked up this little guy...

Hello All, I was traveling through Wichita on tour and bought this amp from a Guitar Center. I sent some photos to a friend of mine who is extremely knowledgeable about amps. He said that he thought it was made by Valco for Rickenbacker though he doubted it was original due to the transformer placem...

Re: Mike Mills 8/7/14

Mills' green, tulip shaped Ric had been missing. I was doing some work for them when it was located. Lots of cool stuff in there!

Kiddwad57 wrote:Thanks for sharing Bryan, its always nice to see vids of live performances. Band sounds great! You can't get more Roots Americana than Rickenbacker, at least with an amplifier. What are you playing through live these days?
I play through David's Ampeg SVT head and a 4X10 Ampeg cabinet.

1987 Ruby 330 that used to belong to "Microwave"

Hello All, I recently bought my first 330. It is from 1987 and has a gorgeous ruby finish. The friend I purchased it from said he bought it from Mark "Microwave" Mytrowitz who used to be REM's equipment manager/Guitar Tech until his unfortunate passing. I contacted the band's last equipmen...
