Re: How To Un-bind Rickenbacker 12 String Tuners
one of the problems I noticed right away was that the high octave tuners were a little hard to turn when tuning to pitch. the low e high octave string was so bad you almost needed to crank it like turning a screw into wood. I noticed that the tuners do not have bushings and the shafts are just turn...

Re: 360/12V64 G string buzz
SOLVED:
Turns out that the saddle and screw moved away from the neck because I didn't install the tension spring. It's back and I inserted a sliver of a thin pick in between the D and G saddle. NO MORE BUZZING.

360/12V64 G string buzz
Restrung the v64 with Thomastiks jazz swing set 10/10 13/13/ 20/10 25/13/ 35/20 44/25. Fantastic high quality sounding strings for sure . NO Buzzing for the first 20 hours of play. Now I am beginning to notice that both G strings buzz. Not a fret buzz but a resonant buzz near the bridge pickup where...

Re: Strymon Flint with a 1997 RM or 360v64
The V64 does not have ROS (just dual mono outs) but it could be rewired easily to have it Hey Jeff, last night I was plugged into the jack farthest away from the tail thinking that it would be the same as the jack closest to the tail. I was NOT able to get any volume from the the neck PU. Fumbled a...

You are correct. This whole time I thought that other jack was TRS. I will look into the TRS mod. Thanksjps wrote:The V64 does not have ROS (just dual mono outs) but it could be rewired easily to have it.

Thanks ....
So install the jumper inside the Flint and TRS cable for the 360v64. Of course, L and R TR cables into each amp or amp channel. Major bummer no stereo pulses. That would sound lush.

Strymon Flint with a 1997 RM or 360v64
Anyone have any comments on the Strymon Flint pedal. Term and verb combined. Wondering if the trem pulses in stereo left and right channels independently. More importantly, how does the Ric sound?

Agreed. That's exactly what is called out on the schematic for the v63, 500 and 250. Isn't that vintage 60s?

Neunaber stereo wet reverb thru 360v64
Hello,
Has anyone tried the Neunaber stereo wet reverb with a stereo jack? Curious if it will split the pickups and sound good through two separate amps. Basically, acting like a RickOSound box.
Thanks. RG

Really? In what way? Besides the caps manufacturer. The wiring layout should be the same beside vintage insulation.

4001V63 vs. 4001C64 Pictures of the controls
Greetings,
Sometime ago, I recall viewing pictures of the 4001v63 guts. Can remember where that thread is.
Does anyone have some side by side control electronics of the 4001v63 vs 4001c64 ?
Thanks. RG
