Someone earlier in this thread cited a guitar with 2 long pole pups in June '66. My 360/12 was built August '66 and has a short pole neck pup. That narrows it down a bit more.

I also pulled a non-octave tuner and the post is the same size as the octave on this guitar.

This is an octave tuner, so the post measures 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the base plate to the tip.

On further study, although the neck is straight and action very low, the bridge is bottomed out and there is sign of the neck lifting at the connection to the body, so the neck is at angle.
