Well it didn't sell I thought it may be re-listed but instead I found yet another 60's 4005 listed today ( look in the for sale forum ) , they're coming out of the woodwork in hopes of big $$$ I guess ,

I had a Koa Spoiler for a short time & while I loved the feel of the neck & the way it blended into the body as well as the weight & balance I just didn't care for the tone controls, I could dial in one tone I liked & that was it , it seemed 1-4 were too bassy & 6-10 would be too...

would it be possible to replace one of the tone knobs & to use a push-pull knob to by-pass the cap at will ?
