Re: Carl Wilson Signature 360/12 Stats

Hi Greg, Congrats on the new CW - they are awesome instruments. Part of the mystery of Rickenbacker Limited Edition models is that the company has never released the "official" numbers on the Carl Wilson models; there are 6 and 12 string models, and FireGlo and JetGlo models, but no one o...

Re: Hello - Is there anybody out there?

I belong to a number of different guitar brand forums, and I have to say that the Ric forum seems to be the one least frequented by members. Now the conclusions that we draw from that can be numerous and varied: A) Ric players have fruitful and busy lives B) when it comes to their Ric guitars, Ric ...

Re: 330F's now available in the UK!

Welcome Oliver,
Enjoy your new Ric 330. I like the look of the F hole too. (Now you need to pick up a JMI or Korg made in UK Vox AC-15).

Leeds huh? LUFC... :D I lived in Harrogate years back. Sorry.. I am a Liverpool and Rovers fan. 8)

Re: 380L -- Piezo or not?

Would the number of output jacks be a reliable indication of the electronics? My 1995 380L has a single jack while my 1999 380L PZ has dual jacks. Were dual jacks only used on PZ equipped versions? I was browsing the old posts and ran across this 380 topic. I was wondering if the one output was the...

Re: 620/12 tone ??

Have you looked into getting a Jangle Box? Vincent took the words out of my mouth. I bought a Janglebox last month and cannot believe how well it projects the sound of a Rickenbacker. (or anything else you play through it!). It was well worth the the extra bucks for the Janglebox. I use for mainly ...

Hey Tim,
Should the girl be in the stockings when the guitar is being buffed?

Re: NGD 360W!

Use Tung Oil on Walnut finishes. You give it a gentle hand rub it and buff as needed!
Does a great job on my 380pz. 8)

Re: Useless Ric Blog Post

Why oh why oh why would someone take the time to write a blog like this? It's like writing a blog about hummus, if you didn't like hummus, the way it looked, and/or other people's opinion of hummus, but you'd never eaten it because they don't carry it in the convenience store where you shop. . Hey ...

Re: 360/12 With Janglebox

Most anything sounds good with a JB. I've hooked up my Telecaster to it, and also my Gretsch G5120. I don't have anything with Gibson style humbuckers, however. But I'm sure that kind of guitar would sound fine, too. JimK Your right Jim...... everything sounds great playing through it! Glad I went ...

Hey Howard, Glad you like your 620. Chris does a great job ! I really love the set up he did on my new 360/12. I have known him for quite a few years. A honest guy to do business with. I think he is at a guitar show this weekend up in your neck of the woods (King of Prussia?? Great Philly Show). Say...
