Why do they need to be so long BTW? The hinge and case can't be much more than 3/8" or so thick I'm guessing. Since the pop rivet won't look exactly right (I assume you are going mainly for function) I'd probably just go with the right size stainless screw with a drop of loctite and a nut follo...

I'll check my rivet selection when I get home......I seem to recall having some quite long 1/8" or 3/16". I'll get back to ya.

Oh well.....bidding went to $6k and just died. That's my luck. Reserve was $6.5k so it got close at least.......like I've said a billion times these things are all over the place value wise. I have no idea if it's the mods or the fact that it's actually been played hurt the value or if the market is...

I actually think the reserve is very reasonable......anything lower and I'll just hang on to it. I'm actually kinda surprised to see it over $5k so early.
