Re: JG 2005 620/6 in Kingston
I might have gone and snagged that one if I didn't have a brand new 620 MID on order from MF, hopefully in this May. $1029 USD.

Re: My 610's video debut.
It was probably a good month or more before that. I know it sat around for a while. Yes it was near perfect and I really liked the neck. At the time it didn't 'wow' me like I thought it would but since then I've really developed a liking for the 610's. Kingston is about an hour away for me.

Re: My 610's video debut.
That was a nice guitar...I tried it out and considered buying it but decided against it. He originally had it advertised as a 620.

Re: Fretfully Fretless
Thanks for the tips everyone. I figured there would be a tradeoff intonation wise with no frets there to keep you honest. Don't think I'm going to be getting this one anyway, buyer won't ship and doesn't own a car to meet me part way apparently.

Fretfully Fretless
I may have the chance to pick myself up a nice Fretless 4003 MID but I've never played a fretless before. For those that know, is it much of an adjustment? Anything I should consider or be concerned about? I kind of like the idea of no fret buzz but have this nagging feeling it would be a much diffe...

Re: MF "Fab Gear Invasion" phone in special
I think it has to do with their remaining stock. I think we're seeing the end of the discounted pricing; one of the supervisors told me that their cost had gone up by about $100 on 360's over just a month ago. Jetglo 360's were $1599 so if you can get 15% or 20% off that it's a pretty sweet deal. Bu...

I think that is super sharp. One of the better colors with black trim imo.

Since it looks primarily green in the pictures I think we should officially call this color PICKLEBURST !

I hope it comes with a certificate of authenticity and Godzilla buys it so he can throw it out, you pathetic collectors.

A deep forest green would be an awesome color for the 300 & 600 series.

I've seen Indie's at several local stores, but they are not Canadian. They're UK based.

Re: Comparison 330 and 360
I sold my Dakota to a friend who had a 360 because he found it difficult for fingerpicking, and he likes it a lot better. I don't know about string spacing, but I find my 330/12 so much easier to chord without muting strings than my old 370/12.

Re: Comparison 330 and 360
Thought I'd resurrect this thread! :) My first RIC was a 2007 360 JG and while I loved the look of the guitar, I could never play cleanly on it, probably due to the skinnier neck. It just never felt right to me. I also picked up a 370/12 VP and that was 10 times worse, but made a cool 1G on that sal...

2004 330 MG
2004 330 MID VP
And as of tomorrow I will have a sweet 330/12 JG VP so I'll add 3.

Bitter guitar store owners
Does anyone else run into this? It seems like every guitar store I go to (that can't sell new RIC's and rarely if ever get a used one) have nothing good to say about the company or the products. I just took my 2 330's in to a local store to have him swap the pickups for me (me + soldering gun=bad) a...
