Combo 1000

Do the earliest Combo 1000s have a truss rod? If so, where do you access it?

Southern Ontario (SORC 2017)

Just wondering if there is any interest in having a third Southern Ontario Rickenbacker Confluence. I'm think late May/Early June somewhere in the Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington area. I'm willing to organize if there is enough interest.

SORC 2016? (Southern Ontario)

Methinks it's time for another confluence to take off to The Great White North. Thoughts?

Re: Southern Ontario,Canada

I will be there, and I'll bring my AC30 as well. Brian, let me know what else you might need, and I'll see what I can procure.

One correction, though, I only have two Rics, but, then again, March is still a few months off.

Re: Jetglo 660/6 in Burlington

Somewhat surprisingly, this guitar has not yet been sold. Played it again today.

Re: Canada Post

I've had merchandise sit in customs for anywhere up to two weeks--never ordered a guitar mind you. The seller has no control over this process, and probably couldn't get the guitar back now, even if he tried. Also, be prepared to pay sales tax and a brokerage fee when you pick it up.

Re: Jetglo 660/6 in Burlington

Was in the store playing this beauty again today. Can somebody please give me $1900? Please!

joey

P.S. I will also need to be given the sales tax (+13%) and an extra $100 for a set up (it cuts out a little around the 20th fret).

Jetglo 660/6 in Burlington

Long & McQuade in Burlington has a 2008 JG 660/6. It looks to be in great condition, and seems reasonably priced at $1899--if my memory serves me correctly.

They also still have a Mapleglo 360/12 on the wall.

Mapleglo 381V69/12 in Cambridge, Ontario

Long & McQuade in Cambridge has a Mapleglo 381V69/12--very nice--and reasonable price at $4500 CDN.

They also have some 360s and 330s but I really wasn't paying too much attention to anything other than the 381--that and a nice VOS Gibson Les Paul Jr. TV.

Re: Mass Conception

My FG 610/6 will be opening for Honeymoon Suite tomorrow evening at The Boston Manor in Burlington tomorrow evening (Appleby & Fairview). I'll be joining it on stage wearing matching red, 80s leather pants (not really--I'll be wearing pants but they won't be red leather). We're scheduled to play...

Left Handed, Burgundy 1973 2001 in Hamilton, Ontario

Karaoke Closet on King Street West has what appears to be a left-handed, burgundy 1973 4001. They are asking $2600. Didn't look closely but it looks legit.
