I have been using a clean pair of old & very soft guitar polishing cloths to clean the flat black surfaces. I lightly rub off any fingerprints with the 1st cloth (moistened with a few drops of water), then immediately wipe off any leftover moisture with the 2nd dry cloth. I'm not sure what to do...

It sounds & feels too good not to play, but I have decided not to gig it & keep it as pristine as possible.

Andy, It is new. It popped up on the Wildwood Guitars site a few days ago, and I called them as soon as I saw it. I think it was on their site for a total of 10 minutes! :lol: Mine has a serial number indicating it was built in March of 2017, and I believe the other 29 Noir basses were made in 2016....
