Just for aroung the house I've got an Orange 30W combo that sounds pretty good. Would love to have one of their tube heads.

Rickenbacker Copy

I was searching for a 325C online today in a lefty...... I know...... Good luck right? But I did find this, and alot of other models being built overseas, and for sale in America. They even have the nerve to use the Rickenbacker nameplate with the Made in America printing on it. I found it on a sear...

Re: Group Therapy for Ric Owners-In-Waiting

Well at least right handed people can order. I'm really out in the cold being a lefty. It can take months before one even shows up on ebay then good luck getting it. All I want is a 360/12 in maple or fire, and a 4001s. I'll be 60 before I see one.

Re: New member, with a few questions! (Standard jack issues...

Speaking of parts. There seem to be alot of things that are "temporarily unavailable" and have been for quite some time now. I wonder how long it will take to clear that up, or is it on the back burner till the backlog of instruments is knocked down?

Re: Any 230 hamburg owners?

I was just offered one in maplego. Frankly , I had never seen one before. Not the prettiest swan on the lake , but kind of cool nonetheless. $800- asking price kind of put me off it. Any owners opinions? I ran across this gem on GBASE.COM It is a 1987 Hamburg 230 finished in Blue. They say it is in...

350/12V63

I scored this left handed beauty on ebay yesterday. I was in the market for a 360/12, but I've only seen a couple of these in a righty. This is the only Lefty I've ever seen. it was built the 12th week of 2000. If anyone could fill me in with production numbers I'd be grateful.

Thanks,

Mike

Re: New Dillion Rick copies

I saw one of these on you tube. It sounded like garbage. I dont know if it was the fault of the player, his mic, or what. I can see the Legal Dept. at Rickenbacker stomping these right out of production though. The problem is that they will make as many as humanly possible before an injunction is fi...

Re: Ampeg 6x10 or 2x15

Personally I would go with the 2x15's, but it all really comes down to what sounds good to your ears. Myself....... I've got a 2x18 subwoofer cab for the bottom, and run the bridge through my guitar rig. with a 4x12. Both cabinets are Carvins. So I get the low boom and the Geddy Lee growl. Oh yeah. ...
