Re: ScottFest 7/17/2010 in Florida

This time next year maybe we can have it in Plant City... 8) Or St. Pete?  Wish I could have been th...

Re: Oklahoma Rick Owners?

I lived in OKC for thirteen years ('76 - '89) and still have many dear friends there. I love my Ricks, and when I drive up to see my friends, they'll be riding with me! :D

Re: Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage movie

I just finished watching it; It was great 8) , right up there with Running Down A Dream for inspiring documentaries. :D Yes - agreed. I've seen it twice now. I'm not their biggest fan - but they certainly deserve a lot of credit for their body of work. Interesting getting the insight into Neil Pear...

Re: Maybe it's all right to think twice

I've got a Weber 12F150 speaker in my '71 SF Deluxe Reverb - and, unless you're playing death metal at 120 db, that amp will hang with anything on stage. I never run the volume above 5 and use a compressor or OD pedal to put a little hair on it. Its the perfect gig amp.

Re: Vox AC-30 CC2 Manual, Schematics

Yes, I've been there before looking - having done an internet search for an AC30H2 schematic. I wonder why you can't seem to find one, or if Korg has anything to do with that?

Re: Maybe it's all right to think twice

There are things you can do to the DR to get more clean headroom. Namely, tube, speaker, and rectifier swaps - and none too complicated.

"I Want To Be With You" is a personal favorite. Covered it many times

"Go All The Way" is a great song, so many great memories tied to those.... Eric Carmen is a wonderful singer.

I would re-tune them and not worry. My Fenders are so solid, they could take a heavy fall and not go out of tune.
