'87 360 Grover Tuners Replacement
I have an '87 360/6 JG which has Grover bean shaped tuners but they are very stiff and I'd like to replace them. I've seen some Schallers on eBay that are the same as all the modern Rics but does anyone know if I can do a straight swap without having to modify the headstock or screw new holes? Perha...

Here's a recent photo from his collaboration with Saint John and The Revelations
Looks like a Boss TU-2 or TU-3, Boss SD-1 Overdrive and a couple of Proco Rat 2s
...and a Rickenbacker 360 of course

Re: Peter Bucks Sound
Mmm... where did I see the red plectrum last... oh, wait, I use one of Peter's picks myself  Cool :D what brand/thickness is it? They're red Dunlop nylon .73 mm - I know he's used yellow ones as well, as a friend got some in the 80s. What thickness these yellows are I don't know. I don't even ...

I found that pic from the AOL Sessions Ibanez UE400 Foot Controller, Snarling Dogs Whine-O-Wah, Proco Rat 2, Custom Overdrive/booster pedal and a Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe.

Re: Peter Buck's 360 year of manufacture
There is indeed a wealth of great information here on these forums which I'm very grateful for, it's just that headstock shape which has me confused as it seems different to any 360 I have seen before. Here is a photo I took at the Rescue Rooms in Nottingham, UK where he played with Robyn Hitchcock ...

Peter Buck's 360 year of manufacture
Hi :D Does anyone happen to know the year or approximate year of manufacture of Peter Buck's main 360/6 JetGlo (the one with the trucker girl sticker)? The reason being is I want to create an exact replica as a sort of project/hobby/peter buck obsession  I have an 1987 360/6 JG at the moment wh...

Re: What about Peter Buck?
The photos of his rics are really cool :) Is it just me or is the shape of the headstock on his main ric quite unusual? It looks kind of small and stubby. Does anyone know the approximate year that one's from? That 360/12 appears to only have 6 strings on it too! Here's a photo I took from when I sa...

360 wiring query
Hi :D I've just purchased an '87 360/6 JG which I'm very pleased with, I just have a query about the wiring that hopefully someone can help me with - I'm not sure if it's a fault or if it's how it's supposed to be but I'm 99% sure it wasn't like this on a newer 360 I used to own: Assuming that all k...
