Brillianize

Got this email offering today, thought I'd share it with anyone who has been meaning to try it. This is the cleaner/polish that RIC has been recommending so I picked up a gallon (I have other uses for it) and am happy with it. Please delete if it violates any forum rules. ***************************...

Oh man, you got THAT one. I think RIC posted a pic of the wood for that fingerboard on the fb page. Good luck with it, it's a keeper!

TR25 Foot Switch

Just picked up a '76 TR25 in somewhat decent shape. I didn't get a footswitch, but need some info. Seems like tremelo is always on (I can turn the gain down and stop it) and I hear very little, if no, reverb. I'll hope can be controlled with the footswitches but will ask if anyone knows about this? ...

I was ready to fork double the asking price over if it came with Walker mojo. Sure is a fabulous player.

Great work, Paul. You're sure whetting the appetites of many a RICer. Like so many have said, can't wait for the book.

Re: RIC in High Fashion

They started in Austin and by the time word spread, they were packed up and moving. Would have loved to have a look at them. You can pick one up to help the cause and have it shipped right to Paul for a proper cleaning! :D

Re: 1966 Rickenbacker 4005

I wonder if the tarnish described is actually normal wear and corrosion. Is it feasible to have the tuners disassembled and replated if one wanted that new look?

Re: Rickenbacker survives tornado!

 RIC could use this for an ad campaign. 8) And the thing I really like about it, its a solid Vintage case and not the SKB case they use, I still stand by my preference of the silver solid built Vintage case over the SKB which I think is flimsy andf not solid enough to protect that guitar, an...

Ric Cases

Recently picked up a RIC case from the bay, the modern plastic style. When it arrived it was for a 600 series so I couldn't use it, the 360V12 wouldn't fit. Put it back in the box to resell and resigned myself to the fact that it would probably be at a loss. Story of my life. A couple of days later ...
