Re: 1965 Model 330 MG corrected Info and PHOTOS
OK.....Just when I thought I finally knew everything about my guitar. I find I don't. One piece top/Three piece top? I guess youre talking about the front of the guitar. Or do you mean the whole body part?Looks like the front is one solid piece of wood to me. How do I tell what I have.??

Re: 1965 Model 330 MG corrected Info and PHOTOS
Nice post Marc61 well worded. And you are correct. My first guitar was a Kent electric. It had a neck on it like a telephone pole. Having small hands I couldn't play bar chords. When I went into the store which later became Sam Ash Music. I tried this Ric and the rest is history. I had a band that p...

Re: 1965 Model 330 MG corrected Info and PHOTOS
Well it doesn't look like there is a way to answer these individiually. So I'll answer best I can. There is nothing on the jack plate. The only serial number is on the sticker. The fisrt photo is of the back of the guitar. The knobs do have a number stamped in the bottom S-647. I did't buy this guit...

1965 Model 330 MG corrected Info and PHOTOS
OK....It looks like my 330 MG is a 1965 vintage. The pot date codes are 137 6526. The model 330 and serial# 4508 are on a sticker on the backside of the tune head. I understand Ric did it this way for a short time in 1965. I've attached a few photos. Anyone have a ballpark value of this piece http:/...

Sixties garage band website and album
Here is a website for sixties garage bands. A local studio put out a battle of the bands album in 1967. It consisted of local bands. There is an interview I did on this site,(lower Left) I have one cut on the album. I used a Ric 330 MG so what better song than FEEL A WHOLE LOT BETTER By the Birds.I ...

330 Bridge cover screws
I would like to put the bridge cover back on my vintage 330. I have the cover but not the two screws. Can anyone tell me if the screws are self tapping sheet metal screws or machine treaded screws. I don't want to screw up the treads by putting in the wrong screw type.
Thanks
