Since the Ric Guitar stand case is in their 2012 price list, I would contact a dealer and ask them to get one for you; or contact Ric and ask if they can tell you which dealers may have ordered some. The part number is 94600. "Guitar stand, resembles Tolex guitar case, holds three guitars"...

Thanks, I should have mentioned that I tried that; at first I thought it might be the knob, so I removed it, and it's definitely in the pot. I'm a bit flabbergasted that a pot would go bad on its own. But, no physical impact of any kind, babied since it arrived here.
