Re: 2008 RRF CALENDARS HAVE LANDED!!!

Do you get a free calendar if your picture was picked? :P

Thanks :)

Re: CALL FOR RRF 2008 CALENDAR PHOTOS!!

Hey everyone, (new board looks good!)

To whoever is concerned, if a larger version of that picture is required. I do have the original in .PSD format.
Send me an e-mail to patmagee@gmail.com :)

Yeah it's a 1979... I think I'm gonna have my neighbor make the nut part of the bolt thing bigger so it can accommodate a larger screw.

He has the tools so I don't see why not.

I rather do that than add toothpicks/glue in the screw holes of the 370.

I just got myself some Schaller strap locks thing but they don't fit in the 370! I think I'll just keep the ones in there. I have two straps so it's not such a big deal. Nick was over not too long ago and we had a nice little Ric exclusive jam! Put two Ric 6 strings together and you get quite the 12...

Thanks guys! Steve: Yeah, I still got the hi-res versions too and lots more http://archives.rickresource.com/clipart/happy.gif Tho those 3 were my favorite ones. Nick: Yes, yes, take your praise. It was in fact him! Don't worry, you don't need to test it. Take my word for it, she plays quite nicely!

It's been a long time since I've... Posted

Hello hello to everyone! Wow it's been such a long time since my last post. Some of the older folks here might remember I have a 370, well as of yesterday night a new addition came to the family! I didn't expect to pick this one up, but thanks to a fellow forumite/friend I snatched a good deal on a ...

Turns out we're only doing I Want To Hold Your Hand.

Thanks for the observations Image

If we end up recording, I'll post it for you guys to hear some 'youngsters' play some Beatles. Hehehe.

She Loves You (Yeh Yeh Yeh...)

We're doing She Loves You and I Want To Hold Your Hand, in their german form because french schools try to fight the ...

What happened to the ball Patrick? Is it now embedded in the cat or some such? Haha, I wish I knew! What model guitar? What brand of string? 1979 370, Erny Ball regular slinky. On their website they say they will replace defective strings but I don't really care that much. I just found it odd.

Broken String

I wonder if anyone cares to comment on this picture I took just minutes ago when my E string broke. Ball end: http://archives.rickresource.com/oldattachments/83134.jpg It's only the second time a string broke on my Rickenbacker, the last time it was because the string was very old and it broke while...
