Interesting idea, JDog. Don't know when I'll have a go since I installed TI Flats on my guitar.....ummmm.......well....a long time ago.

Thanks for the pix. I truly wish I could have been there. But the timing just wasn't right.

Re: Changing Strings on a 12. Does anyone...
That's how I do it. Piece of cake. Most of the ordeal for me was the fact that the string winders I have don't play well with the keywinds on the Rick, so I end up winding by hand. Oh man, I wish I had known about this six months or so ago. I'll be up in Portland, OR between July 9-23. And I won't have any time to make a trip down to SF as I'll be house sitting for some folks.

Cool! Send me a PM with cost estimate and so forth. I want to install a pair of TV Jones Classics before long.

Here's a Harebrained Idea
Would it be possible to have my Gretsch Electromatic G5120 rewired like a Rickenbacker 360? I love stereo. Who could do it?

Did I also see a Roland JC120 as well? Look at the left side of the screen.

Re: JB3
It is a tradeoff. The battery, as with any stomp box, makes the unit completely portable. But a battery can die at an inopportune moment. the AC adaptor makes the unit more reliable, but may induce some noise into the system from hum, RF, or electrostatic source. My experience has been just that, e...

Re: JB3
May I suggest you start with all the knobs turned up to 12:00 and adjust from there. I believe if you trust your ears, you'll get close enough to be satisfied.
