Re: Larger Headstock

Maybe a weird question... can someone post a picture with large and narrow headstock side by side? I never knew there were different kinds... and am wondering what kind my 360 has (that about shows how many Rickenbackers I've see in Holland - one, tbh). Reading these forums for 5 minutes per day tea...

Count me in!

I don't mind if parts get sold, but jackplates is something else - they should go with the body... it's its identity!

I don't like these "social" sites that much as one's covered in silly game requests!

Re: What basslines were you surprised were Ricks?

Does anybody know if Mike Mills of R.E.M. used his 4001 bass on the early studio material? Not 100% sure of course but he was known as a Rick player during the Radio Free Europe days and it certainly sounds like a Ric bass. He also did an interview some time later in which he said he "went hom...

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I hope to be able (time after work permitting) to drop a few lines here and there every now and then.

Re: What basslines were you surprised were Ricks?

How are you showing your age, Werner? Franz Ferdinand isn't that old of a band. And I didn't know they used Ricks. At age 32 I'm definitely one of the older people attending FF gigs - most fans are teenagers or twentysomethings! Does anybody know if Mike Mills of R.E.M. used his 4001 bass on the ea...

Re: My First Ric: an '07 360 JG

Initially I had almost bought a used "scratched" 330 Mapleglo (was listed for about 750 GBP without p&p) - I had the seller send all kind of pictures to determine if I wanted it... then I did a 360 search and saw it. I got it after about a week or so; I couldn't make up my mind if I wa...

My First Ric: an '07 360 JG

Hi, another new Rickenbacker owner! It's an 2007 360 JG. Been obsessed with the 360 for years... (being an R.E.M. fan I might blame Peter Buck?) ...and finally got one 2nd hand through eBay recently. My fingers are hurting from all the playing I've done this week. I guess I'm compensating for not be...
