360/12C63

Post by shamustwin »

Will this come in the AFG? Wouldn't that be more authentic?

It would definately be the kicker to get my order.

Jerry, I recently asked the same question of Mike Parks. I thought the 360/12C63 would be the perfect model to have this finish. He said that he checked with RIC and they are not currently accepting orders for this combination but possibly later in the year it would be available.

I was thinking the same thing last week. Who knows what the future may bring?

The question is how many years in the future? Image

You're right, might as well jettison the idea!

Anyone else mind if AFG became the standard FG?

I would. I like the standard version, particularly on the 381. It seems darker at the edges, and I really like that look. The big caveat here is that I haven't seen AFG in person yet.

I vote Burgundyglo, with an option for a 3rd PU...

As an aside, you guys may notice the normal FG being quite a bit more red starting this month. The pink business will go away and the red will have a darker, almost burnt tinge to it.

In other words, like the older FG.

Why is that, Ben? Any changes to the red itself? And thanks again for keeping us all in the loop.

Now, that sounds yummy...

Great to hear that Ben! The pink just never looked quite like FG. Thank you. Image
