21 fret 330's

Post by sloop_john_b »

At what point were the 330's changed from 21 to 24 frets? I have seen a few 70's examples of them with 21 frets, so evidently they didn't change at the same time the 360's did.

I know I saw some 21 fret 330s as late as '76-'77
in stores in the Twin Cities.

Possibly those were made from left-over pre-1970 parts.

Seventies 21 fret 330s are lovely things. This FG is 1975.
