Mine went a few weeks ago. 360/12. Opened my case, played the guitar...every string out of tune. What the heck? Then I saw it.

Don't want to make you feel bad, but my guitar is from 1990. At least I got an extra ten years out of mine.
Regardless, this really should not happen with such frequency. Add the fact that I had to jump through hoops just to get my guitar to be normal again...this whole experience was extremely frustrating.

Here is the finished product. Gave her a good cleaning and waxing while waiting for my new R.
