+1 !
Would technically not even be a "reissue" since this was never an available model.

Thanks, guys...it's not mine but I have owned a few Rickenbackers. It's a beautiful guitar. I was mistaken yesterday....."WK" are the first 2 letters on the jack plate.

November 1983
The next number is a 1
The number after that is a 5 or a 6
(Low production numbers in general in 1983)...

The actual range is between WJ1495 (An October JG 310) and WL1627 (Which was a December FG B Series 360 12 String)
So that is 129 numbers (133 numbers minus the 4 already registered in the RRF) that this instrument might be - Again very low production in late 1983.
Don't you just love consecutive serial numbers?

Well shut my mouth...I just found the email from 1999 from Toshio Sagabe. He mentioned that he saw a body at the factory that was a new style but double bound. No mention of a lightshow. I must've been dreaming.

It's a 360 new style silhouette that's double bound. I prefer the pointy horns myself, but this is quite unique. . .

Richard:
Any chance of some more images of this guitar? Particularly of the inside control cavity?
