Pickups in 1973 450

Hi,
can anybody tell me about the impedance in kOhms of the toasters they built in their 1973 guitars, especially the 450!

Toasters from that era should read somewhere around 6-8K Ohms or so; they do vary a bit as they were hand wound.

Glad to help, Peter! 8) There is something special about old toasters, perhaps it is the aging of the magnets, but the lower DCR is a big part of it IMO.
