Different Tuners 350v63

i have seen, that there Are several 350v63 that have Kluson type vintage tuners while others have Open back Grover style Tuners. is there a certain date when they started tu use the grovers, or is it: they use what is available
?

I have to say that I've never seen a 350V63 with open back tuners. Are you sure you don't mean a 325C58?
