New 360/12c63

Post by ljordan »

Just received a 360/12c63 after wanting one for forever!
Plays well, sounds nice, however one little thing bothers my anxiety;

The neck pickup is slightly tilted, with the neck side being slightly lower and the bridge side being slightly higher.
It doesn't seem to have any effect on the playing and still sounds wonderful.

I should stop worrying and get to enjoying!

The small nuts under the pickup corner screws may not be seated correctly on their rubber grommets. You might try slightly loosening the pickup height adjustment screws (the ones in the middle of pickup on each side) then re-seating the corner nuts in the grommets then tighten the height adjust screws down. Or if you can see that the nuts are seated correctly, just try manually tilting the pickup so it's flat.
