Rickenbacker 660!

Postby (zhivago) » Sat Sep 29, 2018 5:17 am

Hi everyone,

I finally realised my dream of owning one of these great guitars! This 660 was made in 2008. I am just blown away by the workmanship and of course, the sound of this great instrument!

Here are some photos :)

I was surprised at how flamed this one was...it didn't look that figured in photos of the ebay auction.

Really pleasantly surprised! 8)

If you remove the top pguard does it look nice underneath or is it routed for the neck pup wire?

It looks just like a pickguard under the top one. This is a fairly common "mod".
