I've had this amplifier for some time. One of the tubes is broken. What tubes does this amp use?

Which one is broken Richard?

Just to aid in the visualization. Here is the back of the black metal box amp from the site linked above. Perhaps a little botox required on the amplifier face but a great looking model Richard.

Peter,
You finally cracked me up. I guess my email address gave me away, but my black box amp is pristine, no Botox necessary. Even though I've probably partaken in a lot more of the grape than necessary tonight,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

53...........hike, Or was it 86, 75, 30, 9?

Hi Richard, I picked up one of these this weekend. It actually sounds really good, all original but needs a new handle. One or more of the filter caps are shot because it's humming but you can tell it has potential.
Were you able to find out anything more about these in your travels? How many they made? What years they were manufactured? The real model #? Where to get one of the belt style handles? I haven't taken pics yet but mine is the third one under "The Black Box" at http://jzu.free.fr/rick/amp/3040.html
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Also Richard,
