Can someone help me identify this amp and what is a fair market value?

So is this amp NOT related to Electro String or Rickenbacker in any way?

It's an Electro String product. These are bringing around $200-250 on Ebay.

It has the look and physical makeup of a model E8A but EL84's!?! A pair??? Just had an E8A in the shop recently as well as several others in the past but not with EL84's. What were they thinking?? What am I thinking? Wow, let's hear it!!
