Q value RB120

Hi,
This probably belongs in appraisals but I guess there's more knowledge here:
I've got a change to buy an RB120. But it needs some tlc. I haven't heard it but it gives a distorted trebly sound the seller says. Any ideas on what I should pay? I would be a perfect partner for my Rickenbacker B-115 amp I think. Then I would have a Rickenbacker tube and a Rickenbacker transistor bass amp.
