I have a M-8 and a B-16. Ive looked for serial numbers on them but can't find them. Al of the parts on the amps look original so I'm sure they are legit.

Any advice on where I can find the numbers or any other source of info?

Thanks

They may be stamped on the inside of the amp, usually in the wood frame itself. You can also see if there are numbers on the jackplate.

The M-8 likely has a SN stamped into the inside bottom of the wood cab. You might have to take off the backpanel to see it.

The B-16 combo likely doesn't have a SN stamped inside, but you could look.

The problem is, if you find the SN, it won't tell you too much about the date of the amp. If the speakers are original, they would be the best source for dating the amp.

Most B-16 combos I've come across have 1964-dated speakers.
