1966 Rick 366-12 Converter Comb parts

Post by libratune »

I am restoring a 1966 366-12. It is in pretty good shape, just missing the metal converter parts: comb, slider bracket for comb, converter arm and that attractive large slotted screw that anchors the arm in "6-string converter" mode. All the necessary plastic is there. Any ideas how or where I could locate these metal parts would be greatly appreciated.

I too, have a 366/12 with virtually the same problem. Although, I have the slide bracket. The rest is missing. I've had no luck trying to find the converter so far. I've been looking around for almost a year but, have come up with nothing. It would seem that other people who have owned these guitars took them off at some point and they were discarded. Would be nice for someone to chime in if they have any leads... Image
I see music in my head transformed through my fingers but can not write a note...
