Yes.

John, the guitar was obviously finished - you can see the remnants of Fireglo in the TRC and body cavities.

Complete unfinished guitars generally didn't walk out of the factory...

The twist in the neck may be due to a previous attempt (or attempts) at adjusting. The two-truss-rod system makes it easier to fix twists.

Worst case scenario is to completely loosen the truss rods' tension and use a heat clamp to straighten out the neck.

Sorry to derail a bit but I thought that Ricks always had the neck pick up right up against the base of the fretboard. This Gbase 12 string conversion guitar doesn't. Does that mean anything or was this just something that happened now and then?

Any opinions on this? I'd like to have a 12 string Rick with a good acoustic sound. BTW, I tried putting a circuit having anti-parallel silicon diodes between two tube stages in my preamp with an adjustable potentiometer in series to adjust between hard and soft clipping for a fuzz effect (based on an Ampeg amp schematic I've seen IIRC). This seems to produce good results with 12 string electrics with a minimum of solid state electronics.

Its hanging on the wall partially assembled. I came across a husk for a 12 string Rick which I put a lot of parts on and seems to be finished. It just needs tuning and should be ready to plug into an amp and played. The frets are worn down a lot. The seller said its from 1966. There's a cross brace in the body that looks similar to the brace in the 6 string Rick I have. They're very similar to each other, but if I tap on the body of each guitar the tone is a little different, as you might expect.
