Nice, now THAT is how you sell an instrument, folks. Overwhelming number of bright, hi-res images.
Looking at the photos here, it's clearly a refin. Plus when a dealer tells you it's refinished - you can guarantee that's true.

The painting or the writing? All of these guitars were painted without masking inside the control cavity, only masking inside the soundhole.
The writing/markings inside the soundhole are just internal production notes. Just an assumption, but I think different employees would notate inside the control cavity once the guitar passed through each work station, or include initials. There is usually a model designation "345S, etc." that doesn't always match the final model build.
