Tear apart my 331LS

Hey all

I just got in my JG331LS. Since I know very little about them, I was looking for general information to see if it is 100% original, as it was sold to me.

Be brutal now...ooooOOOOOOoooooo

The first thing that I see is a 12 string "R" tail piece. I guess that it is possible.

Pictures to follow.

On the bass side circuit board, the second-from-top bulb and socket is missing. (Located about 6" from horn tip.) The solder tab is still present. Can't tell much about the other side without further disassembly.

Power supply and case look OK. Externally it's all there, from the photos. The 12-string tailpiece is strange, but could be a factory or owner substitution.

Congratulations!

Thanks Paul

I did notice the space for the socket, but I was not sure if a lamp went there or not.

ooooOOOOOOoooooo Congrats Dave!! Good thing you stopped purchasing basses in 2007!
Enjoy it!
I haven't seen you "lit up" since the Rick Prom.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Next up: The elusive doubleneck LightShow. I wonder what the model designation number on that one would be?
