I've gigged with my 480's for over 30 years - never failed to get noticed. Actually, the 480 was the only electric guitar model I owned from '74 through '03. When I bring it out nowadays (not very often), it still elicits the oohs and aahs. My longtime drummer always tells me it's the best sounding axe I have. Guess it's time to get it out for another twirl.
