If only there was a 660S, 'cause the wider fretboard could be fun. I edited out great "little" guitar from my original post, but the 610 is a great little guitar! Fits under the picking arm really nicely. There are some real experts on these forums who could explain what I can't fathom which is: How can the 650C seemingly have the same dimensions as the 610 while at the same time be 24 frets? On both guitars the neck joins at the end of the fretboard. As they say on AM radio, "I'll take my answer off the air."

I've got an '02 620 & a '67 615 that have been my two main guitars for gigging & studio work over the years. I always get complimented on their look & sound!

Thanks guys! The 615 actually has a Hallmark vibrato (a spinoff from Mosrite, hence the similarity), which is a nice little unit, fits very nicely on a RIC. The 620 has an original Mosrite, one of the stand alone vibratos from the Celebrity model I believe. The best vibrato of that type that I've ever had, and I even got it for free!

Weird, because I actually like the vibrato on the 615 better, it suited the body shape more.

The only real difference is that the Hallmark has a larger baseplate, other than that they're pretty much the same. Both have real light touch & add to the playability of already great guitars!

Here's my 615, you can get a lot of great tones from these guitars.
Oh man! David, I loved that MG 615! There's only one thing I don't like about it. It ain't mine!

I'm going to have to keep an eye out for one of those. Will compliment my FG & JG 610s nicely.
