Just the End Pin screw hole is the only place that requires a Screw & that's it?

Yes, but when a Rick gets a factory accent, that one big hole is drilled in a different place that it would be for an R tailpiece bracket. Winfield's bracket gives you the correct "profile" without drilling a big new hole.
