big star was a great band I think they used Strats with loads of compression

I just read the news this evening. What a sad loss. 59 is too young. His voice will be missed.

Hmm...Link doesn't work for me.

An old band of mine used to perform September Girls. Also had the honor of performing Oh My Soul with Peter Holsapple singing/guitar-ing(new word), and Dan Reich on the drums. Every since hearing the news,that's the song I can't seem to get out of my head.
