I thought he stopped using Ricks long before that time? :?:

Interesting find, though. Few Weller fans here at RRF, otherwise someone might've known this existed?

360/12 V64. Too long ago to be a C63, and the V64 is identifiable by its sharper body horns.

I've seen that one on a couple of 90s Weller solo albums. I imagine he still has the guitar since it hasn't turned up in the hands of any of his bnadmates or friends, nor at any auctions. . . otherwise Graham might have bid on it! :D

In my books The Jam are godhead. Haven't followed Weller's solo stuff much, though! Maybe I should start checking it out?

We're here. We just don't say much because we're still a llittle upset about his Epiphone endorsement. . .

I'm kidding. Seriously though, there are a lot of Weller/Jam fans here, but there isn't a lot of Weller related Rick news these days. I knew he used that on "Wild Wood", but I've never seen him play tht one live. When I last saw him use a Rick 12, it was in the 90s, but he was using the MG 360 NS/TS (24 fret) 12 string he played whilst in the Jam, the one he uses in the "Funeral Pyre" video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFrrNhsG ... re=related

Cool, thanks for posting the link! It's Weller's old, all JG Black PG Rick, with the Gibson Stop TP.

IIRC that guitar sold 4 or 5 years ago on Ebay. I think it's the one Weller gave to his guitar tech?

I knew you'd know, Graham! :D

Wanna post another pic, or link to your website, of the "I am Nobody" guitar, just to make some of us Jammies' heads spin?

Weller gave this one to Steve Craddock (for his 30th I think) it's Andy Lewis (Weller's bass player) playing it in that photo. Craddock is playing it live on the current tour and it's great to see it - Also in the video for Wake up the Nation, Weller plays it. Weller's long time guitar tech was Dave Liddell (R.I.P) but I don't remember him having any of Paul's guitars - rumour has it that he did have a $45K Les Paul though and that was in 1992.
