Artists Who Use Rickenbackers

My understanding is that it’s a genuine Rick neck, etc. on a body made from scratch to replace a damaged body. Surely someone here has researched it more thoroughly...

For what it is worth, several years ago when Marty had Roger McGuinn on his show they played a couple of tunes together. "My Back Pages" was really good. At that time, Kenny played a black Rickenbacker as the third guitarist and I just assumed he was going it as Roger was on. I only mention this as it might have been Roger, and not Mike, who originally persuaded him to put down the Telecaster.
