MapleGlo Finish Problem

Post by Paul_Thomas »

While I was wiping my 360/12v64 Mapleglo with a dry cloth and "snagged" on the finish. The finish has separated from the body on the lower horn next to the neck. A small "sheet" of finish has fallen off exposing what looks like bare wood. I can place a guitar pick under the finish in this area. It is over a year old and the finish is out-of-warranty. Will this require a complete refinish?

TIA

I would ask the factory this and see what the official word is.Just because something is 10 minutes out of warranty does not mean you can't get something done at their expense.
Call/email the factory and see what they say.

If they won't do anything then I have several suggestions. But go thru the correct channels first.
So you too want yours "ALAPWOB"?!?!
