5th knob modification on 360-12

Hi,
Hello everybody| First post on this forum.
I just bought a 2009 Rickenbacker 360-12 C63. I would like to use the 5th knob as a master volume.
Any suggestion about how to "change" some wire and and resolder it to make it a Master Volume.
Any help would be really appreciated.
