LOTS OF PROJECTS NEARING COMPLETION...

Post by jingle_jangle »

This has never happened before in my brief history in the Rickenbacker hobby/business...I usually only work on more than two projects when one or more is hung up drying or for parts.

I have a 360WB being bound (in checkerboard!) and refinished in a yummy color, no less than five basses approaching completion (each one waiting for a part or two...), a full dozen acoustics in the works. all different and unique (six in early build stages, another six in various paint stages...). Then there's a very special "F" body in the middle of major surgery...and a 381V69 like you've never seen before.

Over the next few weeks, many of these will burst out of their shells into the world. Watch this space for photo coverage!

Great, when I find a 4003 beater, you'll be able to get right to it and make me a phlemmy-glo!

This will be entertaining. Stop writing about these works of art and start posting pics Paul. I have my multi purpose diaper cloth handy so when I drool I can wipe up the mess.

I hope phlemmy-glo looks better than it sounds.

I've gone a lot of unique colors, Sean, but I've never figured how to make black actually glow...

OK, you want pictures?

Here's what happens here in Northern California when you accidentally leave a few Ricks out overnight, and you get a snap frost...

If I get a custom job done, It'll likely not be black.

Looking forward to seeing these guitars, Paul. Especially the 381V69 like we've never seen before.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS! :-)
