If I recall correctly you did some amazing work inlaying a fretboard, and you've done some other ornate inlays as well. Mind sharing a few photos? Looking for some inspiration.

Not me. I have done some builds upon which Craig Lavin has done some amazing fretboard and body inlays. Most recent was the 380/12 commisioned by Tim Rock, with some rays and a lady free diver depicted in various shell materials.
Craig is in Sunrise, FL, incidentally.

Craig comes highly recommended (as does Paul to finish things off). Both are great pros who know the right stuff!!!

I know Grit from the Toronto folk music community. He played on one of my CDs back in the 90s.
His acoustic guitars are amazing but start at $10K with a 7 year waiting list... His inlay work is stunning. My favorite is "Lila's Jig" which was on the cover of one of his own albums in the 80s,
I also recorded one of Grit's songs called WHERE DOES LOVE COME FROM. He is a great songwriter too.

Don't know about that. Grit did apprentice under Jean Larrivee before he moved his shop from Toronto to Vancouver in the late 70s.
I have a 76 Larrivee from when he was still in Toronto.
