You know I'm in, Rikk.

Northampton MA would seem to be a perfect location. Central to NE and not too far from NYC. Plenty of live music, restaurants, Bars, and a Rick dealer in town, to boot.

It does not matter where in New England. It's all nice. I do like the suggestion Dan had though Northampton is a hot town. Fine (as in great) food, plenty to do if you bring the family around these parts. Basketball Hall of Fame and a Six Flags are big time attractions, but lots of culture here as well.

I hear about all these confluences in other parts of the country that I am unable to attend. It would be great to have one in New England. How do we get one of these going? Do we all chip in to rent a conference room? How does it all work?

I just was talking to Dan and we may have a place in Northampton, MA to have a confluence. Dan was thinking about the fall. It's really nice here in the fall. I don't have a preference of time, but just would like to maximize the number of people, so we can put faces to the headstocks.

Well, we've got RIO coming up in June, and I believe that MARF III is tentatively scheduled for November in South Jersey (exit 4 off Turnpike) - maybe we can meet halfway in New England?

That would make it Aug or Sept. Anybody have a preference? A lot of people take vacations in August.

I can see it now, a coast to coast confluence; simultaneous confluences in So Cal and New England (not England, Graham! ).
