RIO!!! - Camera Clinic

Post by jps »

Anybody up to getting better at making those photos of your Ricks? Bring your camera's owner's manual with you as there is a lot of differences among the controls, operation, etc. Hopefully myself and possibly Paul Boyer (others are more than welcome to help here) can help make you get that RRF Calender shot! :D

Anyone remember Kookie Camera? I had one when I was a kid. I wish I still had it.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Funny you should mention this, Jeff. Just today I was wondering about a sort of clinic or picture taking possibility at RIO!! My pictures of my basses SUCK.

I know Jeff, Paul and many others are far superior in their pic taking skills but I must say that the biggest improvement in taking pics of my basses was when I started using natural light or some sort of flood light (I use my garage halogen work lights) rather than the flash. Well, that's the complete extent of my knowledge of photography. NEXT!

I need some quality wood for background and to use floodlights then. Lousy lighting outside lately.
