Hey Paul -- are you aiming the jam for the afternoon or the evening.... when I mentioned this jam to my wife this evening, to get it on the calendar, I found out I have to attend a dance performance of my daughter down in Hollywood or somewhere like that in the evening of the 24th.... hopefully I can swing both events in....

We'll figure it out this weekende; I'll have a chat this weekend with a couple of other guys; last time we did it in the evening, but that was a weekday during a holiday. I'll check availability and what everyone's schedule is that day. As it is, I'm sure we'll have rolling attendance-folks coming and going as their schedules allow, though everyone would like to hang for the whole thing, I'm sure. :D

I've made sure I have no other special plans for that day. So I'll be there, doesn't matter what time!

The room's available from noon through midnight. At $27/hr, it comes fully equipped with P.A., drums, and guitar and bass amps.

Here's my list of those who are coming:
Alison
Collin
Dane
Gary C
Graham G
Kenny H
Joey V
Rich F
Scott J

ME!!

Let me know how far off I am wrt who's going to be there, and let me know if I've forgotten anyone.

I've also invited some of the other local forum members, as well as PM'd and emailed locals whose email addresses I have: Jerry "Shamus Twin", Dan "Danotron", the rest of the folks at RIC, that's all I can think of at the moment. I'm going to post an invite to local forum members over on the RIC forum as well.

Also, spread the word! It would be cool to have more participants!

Cheers,

Paul

I don't think that the music room will be ready by then ... it's a bit crowded ...

Well I'm bummed...........

I'll be out of town that Saturday and won't be able to make it.

Please keep me on the list so I can hopefully make the next one.

Also, If any of you are going to go the the Vintage Guitar Show at the Orange County Fairgrounds the weekend before (Jan. 17 &18). I am going to have a small booth there. I'll be selling some guitars, t-shirts, records, and record players. I'm out of room at home!

Stop on by and have a beer with me (I've been known to have a beer at these things).

thanks

Ya know, at $27 per hour, this could be the cheapest RIC-Con ever. That's only $324 for the whole day, and I'll bet we could get a deal on a 12 hour block. That way, everyone's schedules for the day could be accommodated at minimal overall expense.
