Ok everyone,

Looks like we're on deck.

There are some great promotional air fares being listed for flights coming into Florida (check Southwest.com) and we're trying to put things in order.

I spoke to Jdog before Christmas and he has things well under control.

SO, we just have to try to send up some smoke signals and figure who will be attending, and we need to get those hotel rooms booked and we'll be off and running.

ANYONE who hasn't reserved their room, PLEASE DO SO NOW. You do NOT have to pay in advance and you have 48 hours prior to cancel if you can't make it. The hotel is filling up and we don't want to risk losing our allotment of rooms. We'd like to get a good feel for just how many plan to attend.

I believe it's Feb 27, 28, & Mar 1. No Feb 29th in '09.
